Absolutely. We guarantee that all our products are 100% genuine and sourced from trusted suppliers.
4. “Can I get advice on which product is best for me?”

5. “How often do you add new products?”
We regularly update our store with the latest trending and effective hair care products every month.
6. “Do you guys provide customer support during weekends/holidays?”
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
Shipping & Delivery
1. “Do you ship across Pakistan?”
Yes, we deliver to all cities, towns, and villages in Pakistan.
2. “How long does delivery take?”
Orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days, depending on your location.
3. “How much is the shipping cost?”
We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000. For orders below that, a small delivery fee applies.
4. “Can I track my order?”
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.
5. “Do you offer same-day delivery?”
Same-day delivery is available in select areas for an extra fee. Contact us to check availability in your city.
Payment Related
1. “What payment methods do you accept?”
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfers.
2. “Do you offer installments?”
Currently, we do not offer installment plans, but we keep our prices affordable for everyone.
3. “Is it safe to pay online?”
Yes, if you choose bank transfer, your payment is secure and processed through verified banking channels.
4. Can I change my order after placing it?
If you've just placed your order, contact us immediately at 0333-1980111 or via WhatsApp. We may be able to modify it before it's processed.
Return & Refund
1. "What is your return policy?”
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

3. “How long does a refund take?”
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
4. What if the product arrives damaged?
