This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through our website StayMyx. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
In case of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone if there are significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We proudly offer Free Delivery Nationwide across Pakistan on all orders
Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Pakistan: 3–5 business days

  • International: We currently only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is not available.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers will be active within 24–48 hours.

5. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, weather conditions, or any unforeseen events beyond our control.
