1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
In case of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone if there are significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

International: 7–21 business days (subject to customs clearance in the destination country)
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers will be active within 24–48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
StayMyx is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, weather conditions, or any unforeseen events beyond our control.
