We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product was wrongly dispatched or damaged/broken upon arrival.

How to Start a Return

Please note:

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • You may be required to provide photos or an unboxing video (preferred) to verify the issue.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs will be covered only if the item was broken or wrongly dispatched.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Hair care items are non-returnable unless they were wrongly dispatched or arrived damaged.

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or are missing original packaging.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, you will be refunded after the return is approved.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us via WhatsApp at 0333-1980111. After this period, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 working days.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If more than 15 working days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at info@staymyx.com.
